The native heirloom varietals, high elevation and ample rainfall all lead to the bright sweet flavors of this coffee. The tangy citrus of a tangerine hits you up front which melds into the juicy, sweetness of passionfruit. The finish of this coffee is uniquely reminiscent of Thai basil which is both savory and herbaceous but also bright like a light squeeze of lime juice.
