This is our new fresh crop decaf offering. It is still light roast but developed slightly longer to allow for more ease and versatility across different brew methods. Ethyl acetate (EA), sugar alcohol derived from sugarcane, is used to decaffeinate the beans, imparting a natural sweetness/fruitiness without detracting from the coffee’s natural flavors, making this a sneaky crowd favorite.
